The Reporter is equipped with a screen that allows you to configure it quickly according to your desires. Navigate through the various menus via the touch screen or also using the buttons at the top and side of your sports camera. You can then select your shooting mode : video or photo, view your content, choose the desired resolution for your videos or the quality level of your photos.
Furthermore, your action cam is also equipped with a dedicated Bluetooth remote control. This way, you can enjoy a full control over your camera even froma distance. Switch from video mode to photo mode with a single click and make your battery last longer with the On/Off button on the wristband.
Your camera is powered by a 1100mAH Li-Ion battery which gives it an autonomy of 1h30 in video mode. The battery of your camera can also be removed and exchanged through a trap located below the action cam. So, in order to make sure you can film or take pictures longer, you can take along with you an additional battery (not included in the original pack). Thus, all you have to do when you battery is running low is to replace the empty battery by your back-up battery. It will only take you a few seconds !
To recharge your battery, simply plug your cam action containing the battery into your computer via a simple mini USB 2.0 cable. With its Quick Charge function, your battery pack fills faster than conventional batteries and soon you’ll be ready to start recording again!
The Reporter is a smart camera : simply install the dedicated application and activate wifi mode to access the settings of your cam action via your smartphone, view your contents and download them.
In video mode, your camera offers you to activate or not the digital stabilization of your images to obtain more fluid and sharper videos.
Timelapse and burst modes allow you to take control on time to create original and breathtaking content. The digital zoom also allows you to capture more distant scenes and enlarge the image up to 4 times.
Finally, make sure that the settings of your camera are always adapted to your situation for optimum picture quality: select predefined modes for driving, diving or night shots.
