Your order was placed before April, 1st ?
As you may have noticed, the PNJ website has changed quite a bit since the beginning of April. The transformation of the site does not allow us to give you access to your old customer space but it does not in any case mean that you can no longer benefit from our after-sale services within the limits of the warranty periods of your products.

Return period
Any customer of the European Union can exercise his right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the products. If the fourteen day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
Conditions of return
All products must be returned with all the items and accessories delivered (cables, chargers, accessories, instructions …) and must be new and in their original packaging in order to guarantee the protection of the products during transport. The boxes of the products being considered as an integral part of the product, they must be returned intact and without writing. No return will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned products and/or its packaging have been visibly damaged by the Customer and that this or these damages make the product unsuitable for sale.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised when the product ordered has been customized or made according to its own specifications.
TERMS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In case of non-conformity of the products, or in case of exercise of the right of retractation, here is the process you should follow :
Simply fill in the form at the top of this page. You will receive a notification on your email address confirming that we received your request.
An email will then be sent with your return number and the procedure to follow for your return.
Carefully pack the product (s) to be returned and insert the return voucher with the signed RMA number. ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT A RETURN NUMBER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DENIED.
We recommend that you send your return package via a secure method with follow-up and insurance and pack it well, as it is your responsibility to take care of the returned goods and you will be held responsible for any damage that might occur until they are received at our warehouse. Be sure to keep the receipt for confirmation of dispatch of your package in case of a dispute. For any return from outside France the return parcel must contain the pro forma invoice received with the order.
All products will have to be returned with all the elements and accessories delivered (cables, chargers, accessories, instructions, …) and must be new and in their original packaging intact, without writing, without tears and without scotch.
Ship your package within 28 days from receipt of your order to the address indicated in the email.
You will be informed by e-mail of the processing of your return.
Please note that the cost of the return is at your expense.
Any parcel not complying with this procedure may be refused by NPC.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Products are deemed to be defective if damaged at the time of receipt or if a manufacturing defect is found within two years from the date of purchase. Products damaged after being used and worn will not be considered defective. Whenever possible, we will repair or exchange defective products. Please note that for any repair the product is returned to the supplier which can take several months. If you wish to exchange the product, it can only be replaced by the same product depending on stock availability. You will receive a credit if the product can not be repaired or replaced.
REPAYMENT
The refund is made to the credit card used to purchase on PNJ.fr, on the corresponding Paypal account with PNJ or check for the whole amount of your order including the shipping costs if your request intervenes Within 14 days only.
Refunds on bank cards can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time. This varies according to your card issuer, and we are not able to speed up the process. (Note that if you are a deferred debit, the credit for this refund will only appear at the end of the month on your statement.)
PNJ does not reimburse sales and customs clearance taxes. However, you can collect these amounts by contacting the customs office directly. As this is not the case in all countries, we recommend that you call upon a customs commissioner if you wish to recover the taxes linked to a returned product.
