A very connected drone

The DR-POWER FHD has a wifi connection that allows you to connect your smartphone to the drone via the dedicated application “PNJ Position” available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. By pairing your drone with your smartphone, you will have access to a range of advanced features based on the use of GPS embedded in the drone. The application also allows you to take advantage of the live image feedback. You can see the images filmed by your drone in real time and even enjoy an immersive flight experience by placing your smartphone in the FPV mask provided with your drone.

FHD camera that can be oriented from the ground

The FHD camera of the DR-POWER GPS will allow you to shoot excellent quality aerial images. The camera is fixed on a motorized support that allows the pilot to orientate it directly from the ground. In addition, the radio control has been specially designed to accommodate a smartphone and benefit from real-time video feedback if you do not want to equip yourself with the FPV mask.

2.4GHZ radio control with battery pack included

Easily take control of your drone via its 2.4GHz radio control with a range of 100m.

In addition to the classic joysticks for steering and motors, you can also manage the orientation of your camera directly from the ground, trigger the return-to-home, modify the speed of your drone, trigger the taking of photos or videos and finally, activate functions such as FollowMe, orbital flight or following a predefined flight path.

Note that the drone comes with a set of 4 AA batteries to allow you to take off without waiting.

Advanced features and simplified controls

The DR-POWER GPS is loaded with features to simplify piloting for first-time users. The altitude hold, headless mode, and flight speed adjustment functions allow you to get the hang of flying safely. Thus, the DR-POWER GPS is able to appeal to beginners without borring them as they become more proficient.

The drone also comes with a set of spare propellers to make minor repairs if needed.

Although it is very accessible, the DR-POWER HD also comes with many GPS features such as orbital flight, GPS tracking and flight planning that allow you to take unique aerial shots.

In addition, thanks to the “Return-to-home” function, you can instruct your drone to return to its starting point at any time. Also, it automatically returns to its starting point when the battery is exhausted or the RC signal becomes too weak.

Orbital Hover

When you activate the orbital mode, you tell your drone to lock the position above which it is located and to rotate automatically over a radius of 5m. You must therefore place your drone above a stationary target so that it performs a 360° shot around this point.

Flight Path

You can define a flight path via the mobile application. To do so, simply click on the map icon on the left of your screen. This will display the flight path configuration menu. You can then define the flight path of your DR-POWER GPS with your fingertips or by defining different waypoints. Once you are satisfied, you can instruct your drone to follow the defined course via the app or directly via a button on your radio control.

FollowMe

After activating the FollowMe feature, the drone locks onto your smartphone’s GPS location and is able to track you and adapt its trajectory in real time to follow you.
