Animated instructions in 3D
The application JIMU est is free downloadable on iOS and Android. Thanks to the 3D modeling, each assembly step appears clearly via a simulation on the smartphone screen; you can zoom and turn pièces at 360°. Fun and easy to build, the Jimu Mini is available for any children of 8 years-old minimum. With many people, building the robot is fun with your family and your friends.
Jimu Mini is alive !
Once finalized, the robotic animal can do several different actions, depending on the model chosen. The ostrich, the bull or the sleep can move easily due to the pre-send actions. You have to be connect on Buetooth, select an action et press “Play” : Jimu Mini is alive !
Servo technology
The 4 robotics servomotors that serves as articulations and tenables to the robot to achieve fluide and persisly mouvements. Each servomotor is connected via the housing control thanks to the câbles, so that it can be alimented and realize rotation. Jim Mini include electronic notion in a educative and fun manner.
New actions creation
In addition of several actions, you can create new actions. With the “New action” function which integrate RPP system (Record, Position, Playback), very easy : lanch the record, change physicaly one or many servomotors position of the robot, stop the record. Once finish, you can change with precision the rotation angle and the execution speed movement. This function gives you a free liberty creation.
Programation initiation
In the “Coding” menu, you will create sequence of mouvements by placing actions bloc one after the other. Neither coding notion is required, everything was simplified to enable the programmation open for evryone and easy to realize it. The intuitive software SCRATCH developed by MIT, include in the french school program, has been incorporated to the Jimu application.
Operate your Jimu
Every action and every programs created can be saved ro be used again. You can create shortcuts by involving an action to a position (8 maximum) and remotly control Jimu, thanks to a tablet or a smartphone as a remote.
Share with the community
Via the application, create your profil and share your inventions to enrich constructible models base thanks to the Jimy kits. Post your photos and videos of your creation, like and exchange with the community passionate around the world. Your infinity inspiration will gives you ideas for your futures robotics invention.
